It is essential we produce policies that will allow these in the trainer pipeline to persist and succeed. Our pupils are keen to enter a fulfilling job. Now is the time to stage up as a society to benefit the training job so they do not depart it too soon, leaving guiding silence where there could have been the lengthy echo of a lasting legacy for generations to occur.
